Referral for a Portfolio Lender in San Antonio

Hey SA BPers.

Do any of you seasoned investors have a preferred portfolio lender that you like to work with?  I'm researching financing options for a deal but my personal bank doesn't do financing for investment properties so I would greatly appreciate any recommendations anyone might have for an investor-friendly lender.  I've looked at RBFCU but they only do 15yr notes.  I'd prefer 30.  I have excellent credit and solid W2 income.  I just need a good lender that understands investment property financing.

Thanks!

Why portfolio lender? Plenty of brokers can do this for 30 year notes that conform to underwriting guidelines. Others may correct me but I would expect better rates and longer terms on Fannie/Freddie loans than portfolio loans.  PM me if you would like to get info on my broker.  They aren't in SA but they know investment property.  I haven't personally used a portfolio lender yet so my advice may be unbalanced.  Mine is good for up to 10 properties.  Good luck!
