We are new to the STR but are in this for the long haul. Given that, we need owners to list their properties with us to get some exposure and valuable feedback.

MyAlpu.com offers the same features as VRBO & AirBNB - with 1 caveat - there is no expense - nothing. No commissions, no fees, nothing. We are working through the details of listing as we still have to validate ownership of a property (utility bill and ID would suffice) but beyond that, there is nothing else required. 

In 1 to 2 years we hope to have 100,000 plus listings making us very competitive with the marketplace. If it happens sooner - great.
