Finding a mentor for investing in multi family/apartments.

Greetings everyone! I am fast approaching 65! Hooray! I am interested in jumping into the small apartment investment arena. From my research, I feel, that this is best suited for me because of the potential cash flow to supplement my retirement. I am not interested in managing just putting together the best team to make it happen. Also, from my research, all the guru's say to get a mentor to get you on the fast tract and to avoid the potential mistakes and pitfalls: find a system that works and repeat. I carry no debt and have some cash. I live in Boca Raton Fl. My family lives in Atlanta, Ga; Savannah, Ga.; Roanoke Va and Long Island NY. I am interested in investing in these areas so my trips to be with family would be a business expense and therefore a tax write off! Any suggestions regarding a mentor?
