SFH in Columbia, TN - great flip opportunity

I do not own this house, but I can put you in contact with the owner.  The house next door to me has been abandoned for three years. It's a nice house, good bones, but needs a good bit of work. Desirable neighborhood with good schools. It's a bigger project that I can take on due to a couple of other things I'm in the middle of.

Details: 1930's Colonial style on quiet street, 4 beds, 1 1/2 bath, basement. House across the street was flipped and sold last year for $247,900. If I were going to do it, I'd split the fourth br into another full bath and laundry room. It has a full basement, but not finished.

Maury county is growing quickly. It's just south of Williamson County, and folks are moving to Columbia to find affordable housing.

My interest is in getting it rehabbed and sold. Mostly because it's an eyesore, and also because I want to sell my house this summer and this property will bring a good sale price and help mine.

I do not have my license yet (sitting for exam in January), but would like to put this deal together to get it sold.
