Investor Looking for Packages of Properties in Chattanooga area

I service a number of buyers in the south east and am now looking to source properties in the Chattanooga area, specifically for a portfolio buyer.  Buy and hold investor.  Looking for relationships with wholesalers in the area.  Let's get some deals done. 

Buyer does reno, and lease up.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
