EXLERIENCED WHOLESALER W/REHAB CREW, LOOKING FOR MONEY PARTNER.
I'm an experienced wholesaler and have my own rehab crew, property manager and realtor for flipping. I'm interested in partnering up with an investor to flip a an SFR in Illinois or Indiana. I'll find the property, my crew will rehab it and my realtor will flip it. I'm looking for an investor to fund the entire deal. Im willing to do a 50/50 split on the net profits. Lets start with something small, to see how this goes. We would be "all in" for no more than $85k and that includes rehab costs. I'll find a property that is at 70% of ARV or less. The property will take no more than 30 days to rehab. I'll provide you with all of the necessary data needed. Like the sold comps, pictures, taxes, rehab costs etc. My crew is licensed, insured and bonded. If this works out between us, I'd be interested in doing a second property.
