I will find the deal, negotiate the deal, get the property rehabbed and refinance it to pay the partner back at a rate that we agree on. I am a licensed real estate agent, live in the Portland Oregon area and I am licensed in Oregon, Washington as well as California. I have had rentals (sfh) and have only one now located in California. I have experience as a property manager as I have managed 52 units at a time. I have excellent credit so refinancing will not be an issue. I am a home owner too and because of the above mention I feel I am a solid partner.
