Creating a buyers list

We are a fairly new company in real estate and we are looking for cash buyers and buyers looking to buy on terms. We will post properties as they come to us, but feel free to also contact us through BP and we'd be happy to speak further with you. You can let us know what types of properties you'd be interested in and we will notify you when we find them. We are also interested in working with qualified and non-qualified buyers. We work through wholesaling deals, lease options, and seller financing. These properties may be rent to own.
