Two 3 bedroom, 2 bath double wide mobile homes in an established park. Both are  in Moundville, AL, 15 minutes from Tuscaloosa, in Tuscaloosa County. Combined rents are $1225, for a purchase price of $75,000. Tenants are in place in both. I've owned those are a long time and moving my investment into different area. They have performed well.
