Mentor / Partner Needed 4 Homes 1 Triplex & 2 lots Asheville NC
Hey there, thanks taking the time to read my post. I purchased the above mentioned properties at the end of Q1 2016 and the beginning of Q2. It was my first purchase of anything larger than a car. Thing is I don't have a partner, I don't have experience, I don't have any cash left. What I do have is the business in pretty good shape, 75% rented through August '17 on lease. I can struggle through this financially with as much is rented now but to have emergency funds and a partner and mentor in this would be invaluable. Any tips, tricks, or suggestions would be a benefit. Thanks again for reading my post.
