Leasing Agent Needed
I am looking to add a part-time licensed Leasing Agent to help me find lease option tenants for my properties. You do not need to list the properties on the MLS. This position is based in the Columbia, SC area in Richland and Lexington County and is not a remote position.
Duties include:
- Place online ads for tenant-buyers
- Place online/offline property advertising
- Take calls from prospective buyers
- Coordinate showings
- Receive applications
- Help handle paperwork
