Property Acquisition Specialist

Highly successful real estate investment company is seeking Property Acquisition Specialist. This role will identify potential properties, view properties, creating preliminary budgets and follow up on all offers. This role will spend half of their time in the office and half of their time in the field.

The ideal person LOVES executing checklists and procedures, enjoys a fast paced day with a variety of different tasks, likes to multitask, and is extremely trainable. We want this position to grow with the Company.

Candidate will work out of our Woodlawn office in Chicago.

Today we have three lines of business:

1. We buy homes, renovate them, and resell them to homeowners.(Flipping)

2. We buy homes, renovate them, rent them and sell them to other investors.(Turnkey)

3. We buy homes for our rental portfolio and we do our own property management with GC Realty & Development, LLC

Qualifications for the Position

-This position must be available 30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.

-Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (Android or iPhone).

-Solid computer skills. Working knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to learn new software

-Ability to multi-task. Highly organized. High attention to detail. Maintains accountability.

-Intermediate understanding of rehabbing residential properties (Work Flow and Execution)

-Illinois Broker's license a plus
