I have 16+ yrs exp in Construction. ( I also have some Capital saved and beginning learning the real estate side of things).I will have my Builders License in weeks from now and have MANY SKILLSETS. I am looking for people/investors with exp/knowledge to talk to/trade/partner with in future deals. Im 25 miles outside Detroit Metro/Wayne County,Macomb County,Oakland County etc...( don't scare too soon if your from this area you know their is opportunity in downriver areas and beyond surrounding Detroit..plz respond if interested/ u live in area/ or can help in ANY WAY.(tips on how/what approach u would take given the advantages of my skillset..thank you so much..
