138 Leads in 28 days in the Houston Texas Area... Ask Me Anything
Firstly let me introduce myself.
My name is O. Bryan, and I have been a freelancer for the past 4 years now on Fiverr.
Recently I was approached by a customer who purchased my email swipe file gig about generating some leads for his business.
He is a realtor in the Houston Texas area.
I was hesitant but I always try to go the extra mile for my clients.
As such I went and did some research on how to cheaply but effectively generate leads for realtors.
My challenges were:
#1. This was a new territory for me and so I had to do a lot of digging.
#2. The information I found was generic, some I already knew.

I have since stopped promoting this service on my site as I am now approaching 50 realtors between Texas, Florida and New York and I literally do not have time to sift through all the leads that are coming in every 5 minutes for all 50 realtors.
I still wanted to help other realtors out.

I could have easily put this on my website and sold it as an information product as an ebook or a few videos.
However I decided to sell it on a platform that I have been a part of for the last 4 years.
A platform that is popular, has credibility, validity, trust, and protects buyers at all costs.
Because if for any reason you are unhappy with what you get in a few days after your purchase then all you have to do is hit a refund button on Fiverr and you get your money back in full.

- This strategy immediately notifies you via email when a lead is captured. The system actually refreshes every 5 minutes.

- A link to their post on the social media account
- Date and time
- from the specific area you are targeting.
So all is left to do is use the skills you have honed and perfected over your years of practice to convert the lead to a client of yours by starting the conversation immediately as they mention their frustrations.

Kasie got about 10 leads in 1 hour by curating all the foreclosure homes in a specific area.
Its natural that most prospects who are looking to buy a home are also looking for a deal.
And as such the idea of getting foreclosure deal is very appealing = hungry leads.
#2.
You can target seniors (with a lot of money in reserve) who have outgrown their two story homes because they are just physically unable to use the stairs like they once used to.
There is an added benefit to this as you can sell them a new one story home while at the same time help them to sell their older two story home.

Drones are now the "in thing" as it relates to featuring a new property. (some realtors haven't caught on as yet).
If you have a nice property that looks really good from above and has nice surrounding scenery then using a drone to highlight the beauty of it will naturally attract buyers.
If you already have listings on Zillow you could easily show a short drone video on Facebook and ask potential buyers to "get more details" buy clicking and going over to your listing on Zillow.

I like this strategy so much because its something that anyone can do literally RIGHT now.
If you are not that bother by too much accuracy then all you have to do is go to Zillow and search for the most expensive home in (your target area).
And that's it.
You could actually go a step further by looking at the audience insights of the results of your Ad once it has done its time. This will give you a very good insight as to which demographic in your target area is most responsive to home posts like those and then you can use this information to run more targeted Ads.
