Hey BP!!

I am a flipper looking for private investors. I am offering a 12% fixed AROI!! Total all in cost on a deal is never more than 250k. Typically my deals are around 150-200k. You will get first position on the deed! I am currently flipping in Sacramento and Fresno. If interested please let me know!! I have a few deals currently looking for funding on!
