I'm looking to build a relationship with PM lenders and Hard Money lenders. I live north of Harrisburg PA and find many deals I just can't fund them all through my local community bank. I have flipped 3 properties and bought a duplex recently with cash flow of $450 per month after expenses. I'm not a complete newbie with a lot of knowledge I just need to find more funding.
