Seeking Private money for fix and flips
Hi we are looking for a private money investor. Each investment will be backed up by a physical real estate property. We are looking at doing At least 10-20 property's this year. All of our properties will be purchased and repaired at a minimum of 70% ARV most are way better. We are needing 100% of purchase and repair costs funded. That's why we make sure all of our properties meet our 70% ARV minimum. I have extensive construction and remodeling experience as a general contractor. Most of our properties are purchased and repaired for $35,000 to $60,000. + or - We are mostly wanting to do singles family residences but wouldn't mind doing a few duepleses and fourplexes.
