Looking for an experienced partner to flip real estate with in the Western Suburban Chicago land area. I am new, and not only looking for a partner, but a MENTOR!  I bring not only some funds (not a lot, but some) to the table, but I have an eye for interior decor on a budget, an extraordinary intuition of people and things, and a specific skill set perfect for managing people, and projects.
