Agent/Property Management needed for Rochester/Buffalo NY area

I am interested in purchasing multi-family properties in the Rochester/Buffalo NY area. I have determined that a trustworthy agent and a solid property manager are needed in order to succeed in that market. So I am looking for recommendations on both. I have tried to contact several agents and others in that area and have heard nothing back. So I am looking for recommendations of people who know the market and have good communication.
