I have a couple of rental properties in Bonham, TX that are currently rented. I would like to sell them as a package at $92K. I am also open to offers. Below is a link to the details and pricing.

I'll offer seller financing with this package, terms are 20% down, 7% interest, 30 year amortization with a 3 year balloon.
