@J Scott and I just released our new book: The Book on Negotiating Real Estate: Expert Strategies for Getting the Best Deals When Buying & Selling Investment Property

It took us 18 months to finish the book and we think it is one of the best every written on the subject of negotiating, especially in regards to real estate deals. I think most of you know J has one of the best books on flipping houses, and I have flipped over 120 houses now. We are both still investing in today's market. I have 16 flips going at the moment, and plan on selling 30 flips this year. 

This books goes over many strategies for getting the best deal whether from an off-market deal or a HUD home, and everything between. Many of these strategies you can use to improve your negotiations with anything, not just real estate.
