Hey there. Just trying to reach out to some people on here that are currently wholesaling. I don't have specific areas per se, but I know what I like and what I don't like, and also what I can handle. I'm an eastsider, so I'd like to stick around here, although I am interested in some Westside areas i.e. Parma, Lakewood, Shoreway, Kamm's Corner. Basically if the numbers makes sense, then I'm all ears.
