REI Acquisitions Specialist

Our client is a fast growing, family owned Real Estate Investment & Redevelopment Company in
Austin, TX. They are currently seeking to add an Acquisitions Specialist to their team.

The position responsibilities include managing a pipeline of acquisition opportunities to convert “hot” seller leads into contracts to purchase. More specifically, you will research and perform due diligence on residential properties and make offers to and negotiate with motivated property sellers.
