Hi All, who are some lenders who are doing investor loans in the City of Detroit, proper? Any portfolio lenders? Or private lenders who work in the city. 

I always have clients looking for financing options, and I would also like to have options for my own (and my partners') properties. 

Single family, multi family, and small apartments.
