I'm working with a client who is looking to purchase a 3/2 or 4/2 home with owner financing in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Liberty Hill or Lago Vista.  Needs to be in Williamson County.  Loan assumptions are ok too.  Max purchase price is approx $200K +/- and they have $20-$30K to put down.
