Local investor coach?
Hi all, I'm looking for guidance and help one on one... although I can not afford to pay someone YET. I have a pretty good understanding of what I want to do to get started and I have begun trying to do so. I just need someone to help me with step by step process. I know BP helps a lot but i need something in person.
Can anyone help me? I am a member of the Houston REIA but I do not have the funds for a coach there.
