Minnesota real estate agent/broker

Hi BP Minnesota community,

I am new to BP and am considering launching into real estate investing. Does anyone have any recommendations on good real estate brokers/agents they have worked with in the MSP metro area? Specifically I am looking to target 4-20 unit properties.

I am thinking it would be helpful to have a broker/agent partner lined up to be able to move quickly on offers when necessary. Or, if anyone thinks brokers/agents are useless because they take all the good deals for themselves, I am interested in hearing about that as well. Thank you!
