i have my eye on a DEAL in need of FINANCING/PARTERS 40 k PROFIT

FULL DISCLOSURE: this will be my first deal !!

i have my eye on a house that the current offer is at 50 k my CMA came back at 129-139 k

with a 20 k rehab is...projected  40 k in profit...looking for someone to partner with on this house or simply put up the required finances i was the first on the property !!
