Our company, Memphis Investment Properties offers complete turnkey service and has been working to buy, renovate and manage properties for the past 30 years. We currently manage 1500+ properties in the Memphis area and maintain the largest inventory of investment homes.

My acquisitions team focuses on areas that our tenants are asking to live in. By focusing on areas of town that are safe, and close to larger employers like FedEx World Headquarters, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Nike's Worldwide Distribution Center - we are able to stay 98% + occupied and therefore keep your properties occupied with hard working, long-term tenants.

We add several "maintenance preventers" like hard surface flooring, new roofs, new HVAC, new plumbing, etc. This helps keep maintenance request to a minimum and our investors coming back when they decide to expand their portfolio.
