Northern New Jersey General Contractor Wanted for Rehab Flips!

Hi BP Community,

I'm looking for an experienced, reliable, and trustworthy General Contractor for my next rehab (and potentially all of my future rehabs).

Location: Northern NJ (Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Middlesex, Morris, and Sussex counties). Possible: Middlesex/Union

I need someone that can work with me in doing the following:

• Estimating rehab/construction costs for the properties I'm considering picking up
• Oversee and manage the rehab - crews, permits, timeline, etc.

My goal is to develop a long term relationship that will grow with me as I scale.
