Great fix and flip in hot SE Portland, OR

This house has been occupied by the same family since it was built in 1926, with no renters, and was very well cared for. It sits near the end of a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. It needs some updates, but nothing major. It has a huge basement apartment that's nearly complete with some minor work on the bathroom. Please contact me for updated photos.
