Window Repair- Check all windows, ensure proper function, locking mechanisms,and wood. Replace broken glass if necessary.

Pressure Wash- Clean dirt and other debris off of the exterior of the home (inside of the home as well)

Paint Mailbox- Existing mailbox is good condition, add coat of paint to improve curb appeal.

Driveway Patch- Patch all cracks in the driveway/patio (Broke down)

Fence Repair- Add planks and posts where needed to repair privacy fence.

HVAC- All new HVAC system with cage,new condenser

Plumbing repair- Check for proper functioning plumbing. Repair/replace where needed

Iron Security Doors x 3- Iron doors to be added to exits.

Rekey- Rekey all exterior doors to the property
