Property Finders | Locate Distressed Houses w Invest Potential
We are a yet small but growing team who buys houses in the greater Phoenix area.
1. We are looking for 2 to 3 'Property Finders' to find and call "For Sale By Owner" advertisements online, offline, and from FSBO yard signs; then complete our simple property information sheet. This ia a chance to learn everything from the beginning and find out if real estate is something for you. Depending on your mindset, passion and performance, you might be able to make more than $1000.00/month in finders fees depending on the volume of ends and completed property information sheets. We will provide all necessary scripts and online tools necessary.
2. Once we've identified qualified prospects, based on above property information sheets, and have negotiated a purchase price and terms, we would like you or our associate to visit the house and owners to close the deal. We will teach you how. Learning doesn't get more real than this.
Qualifications:
- Able to speak clear English.
- Be communicative.
- Like talking to people (about their house for sale).
- Able to turn it in a minimal performance per week (at least 10 completed property information sheets).
- Be able to search online and offline for "For Sale By Owner" ads, and keep track of those you called for future weeks (we have an online system for that).
