Australian Investor looking to invest in DFW

Hi BP members, my name is Nicholas.

I'm looking to invest my capital in DFW. I have done thorough research regarding the DFW market and i can't wait to start doing some deals. I guess my main concern is linking up with the RIGHT people on the ground once i arrive. Building a team and getting connected with the right people around me would be a massive bonus prior to my arrival( i.e accountant, real estate lawyer, tax specialist, real estate agent )

Also i would like to know which areas of DFW are great for rental (Buy & Hold) appreciation would be a bonus.. , anywhere from the 120k - 200k properties are the range i am looking at, anyone who is an active investor in DFW please forward me your thoughts
