A property located across the street from me is up for sale the Owner is requesting 185,000 for the property and we have $300,000 max for renovations my plan is to turn it into 6 condos that will sell at the very least 199k I already have the plans for the design and the Owner is intrigued to move right away in fact I will be signing a contract to purchase within the hour. I have been after this property since January of last year and the Owner has finally realized that these flip artists have no idea what there stepping into, but my experience as a builder know exactly what goes into renovating this property and in end result we will make money on this deal.
