Here's what's coming in.  See  if you should join the party.

1. Two Single Family Residential that was purchased in the latter part of last year, rehabbed and now the hard money is due.  Not much time on these two.
2. Commercial building in Richmond on a private note and the balloon is due.  Not much time on that one either.
3. 5 condo package of non warrantable condos in Ohio.
4. Small loan in Buffalo.  Refi of a rental property
5. 5 unit property that I was afraid was dead has been resurrected by a proactive investor by fixing a  structural issue on the floor.

The second half is screaming out the box.  All of these should close in August.
