We are a private money lender based out of San Diego. We are actively looking to fund our next deals in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas. We can finance the following:

Residential: Fix and Flip Loans, Construction Loans, Bridge Loans, Purchase Loans, Foreclosed Properties

Commercial: Bridge Loans, Purchase Loans

Lending: We will also purchase non-performing notes

We can close in as little as 10 days. We will not fund 100% of purchase price, will fund 70-80% depending on the deal, we're looking to work with others that have equity in the deal.
