3 Performing Notes for Sale - Ohio
I have 3 performing notes for sale. One is owner occupied, with 5% down payment, 9.25% interest, has a year of seasoning and a cute home in Cincinnati, OH. The remaining balance is $55,964.81.
Two other notes have borrowers that are LLC's, and properties are tenant occupied. These have 10% down payment, 8.5% interest, and 6 months seasoning. The remaining balances on these are $28,789.44 and $47,489.81. These payments have been very timely!
