Lead Specialist Position
Do you have a passion for real estate? Do you want to learn from a successful real estate investing company that will buy, rehab, and sell dozens of houses this year?

We're looking for a talented professional to help meet our real estate acquisitions goals this year!
Here’s the job description:
- Take phone calls from marketing leads (direct mail, website, ads, other).
- Input leads in our company’s CRM.
- Analyze BASIC property values (training provided).
- Follow up on old leads from our CRM.
- Set up appointments for our Acquisitions Manager to meet with sellers and look at houses.
Ideal Candidate:
- Great phone rapport. ENERGETIC and friendly.
- Motivated and optimistic.
- Dynamic, fast learner. We are growing and evolving daily.
- Tech savvy - must be able to navigate our online (and offline, local) systems.
- ORGANIZED and strong at follow-up.
This position requires someone who is self-motivated and doesn’t need much follow up from others to do get work done. We’ll teach you what you need to know about using our systems and evaluating leads.

We assist sellers by buying distressed properties that need work, rehab the properties, and then sell (or rent) to new families providing a bright new home in the neighborhoods where we work.
*Applicants with a cover letter will be given preference. This position will start off as a 1099 contractor. Earning potential is based on a base pay and the ability to earn commission on deals*
