Looking for title agent and attorney who works with RE investors

Good afternoon. I'm getting started in wholesaling, and I'm looking for a title agent and attorney in the Lafayette, LA area who are used to working with real estate investors...particularly, wholesalers. I know that oftentimes title agents are attorneys; but if that's not the case for a particular agent, I'm still looking for both. All help and tips are appreciated. Thanks in advance!
