Seeking a Partner For Denver New Duplex Build Project

I'm looking for a partner on a scrape/new build project near Broadway and Evans. I've already got the lot, the plans, and a builder in place. I'm looking for an equity partner to help me get a construction loan, but if you have construction/development experience that would be a big plus!
