I am brand new to RE investing but am motivated to become successful.  I have my real estate license and a job that allows me to travel all over SoCal to hunt/facilitate deals.  I am hoping there is someone out there that was in my shoes some time ago and can work with me on the 1st few deals.  I have access to a small amount of funds but that area is definitely one of my weak points.

What I can bring to the table...

-Time

-MLS Access

-Sweat Equity

-Intuition and Drive

Thanks,

Matt
