Private Angel Investors Wanted!
Looking to purchase and resale 20,000 - 40,000 doors in the next 10 years, $50K -$250K all in at purchase, rentals.... Net appr 9.5% excluding debt service.....
End buyers already lined up. I know their quotas, and I know the assets available in their markets.... Its rather simple, investors are unloading, again.... Honestly, research has shown, at least to me, the big real estate bust produced investors looking to stabilize markets, and have the trading funds to do so....
The oddest thing is who is doing the unloading.
So, I'm looking for Angel Investors.... By the way, I'm flat broke, so don't ask.... My offer is, during the 3rd, 4th, 1st, and part of 2nd quarters, and active investors who operate year round, your money will get the agreed upon returns.... That is, as long as I am communicated with the founders, and not the hired help.
