First time Flipping, Looking for HML

Hi- I have been in Real Estate for over 5 years, I have my own Team and we have 2 investors who are both into flipping homes.  I have been the one to list them, now I am trying to get into flipping myself but am having a hard time finding a lender that will lend to a first time flipper.   My Zillow profile shows our sales, 49 in the past 12 months.  I have the real estate knowledge and the ability to handle the work load.  What are my best options in finding funding?
