Seeking Funding Partner For High End Flip Project

Hey, I have a deal under contract in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City, MO. We were scheduled to close last week but my main lender had to back out due to a financial situation on his end. There is a new closing date of Sept 20th. Would like to take on a new funding partner for this deal. I have the rehab funds, just need to secure the purchase price.
