How do you know a contractor bid is good?

Have you ever had a contractor come out to bid on a job and quote you 6 times what you think the job should cost?  Do you know that it was 6 times what the job should cost?

It doesn't matter how many flips I've done, some of the bids I get still amaze me.  $6 a square foot for paint?  What are you using gold flake?

I built REIkit.com to help myself and other investors ensure that we don't overpay for construction work. Investors now have a secret weapon against contractor gouging:  Information on what a job should cost in each market nationwide including labor and materials.

Get REIkit.com FREE for 14 days and fight back against inflated contractor bids.
