After not buying rentals for a couple of years, I have started to purchase them again. Colorado has had a crazy market, which made it really tough to buy residential rentals. I have found a couple of commercial properties that have much better rates of return and opportunity to add value. I bought one of them a couple of weeks ago in Eaton Colorado. It is an old dentist and doctors office that is vacant. Almost 7,500 square feet and I bought it for $292,000. That's great to hear! I think Eaton has a lot of potential and is a  beautiful little town. Congratulations Mark!

What do you plan to do with it?
