We are offering a 10% interest only return for financing our project, purchase and rehab.
Purchase price: $50,000
Rehab: $45,000
ARV: $145,000 (Will provide current comps.)
We would like to make a deal for 6 months with possible extension of 3 months. (Extension not typical.)
Located in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Want to close on purchase of property the beginning of December with intent of having the property on the market beginning of February. This will be the start of rehab number 4. References available upon request.
