State of Delaware Cash Buyer Seeking Wholesaler

I’m a small time cash buyer in the state of Delaware (New Castle County) and want a Wholesaler to send me deals in New Castle County Delaware (I don’t work out of state since the surrounding areas property taxes are insane). I’m a buy and hold investor looking to buy anything from a total rehab to turnkey. I prefer 2 or 3 bedroom brick townhouses in Richardson Park, Newport, Elsmere, Belvedere, etc. I can pay up to $50k cash if buying a wholesale contract. I have access to more funds for multifamily apartments above 4 units but need to finance those.
