High end Flip in Fort Worth!
Custom home built in 2007, It is an awesome property with hand-scraped hardwoods in great condition. The biggest negative about this property is that it was built as a 2 bedroom home. However there is a perfect place that can be converted into the 3rd bedroom. I also believe a investor should add a bathroom if possible. The rehab budget is going to paint, kitchen and bath re-do, converting living space into a 3rd bedroom. I have given plenty of budget. There is one comp on our same street that sold for 890 that was a slight larger than us and in my opinion not fully updated for this price range.
